‘The Voice’ Season 24 Winner Huntley Sings About Life and Love in His New Original Song

Huntley has released his new single “Tell Me When It’s Over,” his first original song release since winning the show in 2023.

The Voice Season 24 winner, blues-soul rocker Huntley, has released his new single “Tell Me When It’s Over,” marking his first original song release since winning the singing competition in 2023.

“Tell Me When It’s Over” describes the desire for fulfillment in life and love, beautifully articulated with acoustic guitar and the vulnerability that viewers first saw displayed by Huntley in his performances on The Voice.

Written and produced by The Voice winner, the song is an homage to several of his heroes—from Joe Cocker and Steven Tyler to Ray Charles and Amy Winehouse—and is a song that will be remembered.

“It feels so good, after all this time, to finally show the world who Huntley is and release a project that showcases the elements that helped me win The Voice, while still staying genuine to who I am,” Huntley said in a press release for the new single.

To celebrate the release of “Tell Me When It’s Over,” Huntley will be performing a free livestream event from Analog in Nashville on Monday, August 26 via Volume.com. RSVP here and tune in starting at 8 p.m. ET.

Huntley was a four-chair turn on Season 24 of The Voice with coaches Niall Horan, Reba McEntire, John Legend and Gwen Stefani all vying to land him on their team after hearing his performance of The Black Crowes hit “She Talks To Angels.” Huntley chose Niall as his coach and the two made it all the way to the finale in which Huntley was announced as the winner.

Following his success on the show, the Florida native turned Nashville transplant via small-town Virginia has been performing for thousands and sharing the stage with his band, while also writing and recording.

The Voice will return to NBC for its 26th season on Monday, Sept. 23 at 8 p.m. and stream next day on Peacock.
