Ghanaian-American singer-songwriter Amaarae is marking her biggest debut on the Billboard U.S. Afrobeats Songs chart.
The singer who recently signed a worldwide publishing deal with Concord Music Publishing in partnership with rights management company Immensum Music debuted at Number 10 on the charts with her single Angels In Tibet.
The song has so far spent 3 weeks on the chart and continues to remain at Number 10 right behind Davido and Musa Key’s collaborative piece, Unavailable.
Amaarae is the second Ghanaian artist to have made the Top 10 of the charts since it published its first issue dated March 29, 2022.
Aside from peaking at Number 10 with Angels In Tibet, Amaarae also has another single Reckless & Sweet debuting at Number 45 on the same chart.
